These terms govern your use of DegenRide (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't play.
The Game
DegenRide is a free arcade game that turns historical cryptocurrency price charts into motorcycle tracks. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play it. All rights in the Game (code, art, music, design) remain with the developer.
Not financial advice
The charts in the Game are visualizations of historical market data. The trading you do in the Game is simulated: positions, leverage, profit and loss are virtual game mechanics with no real-world value. Nothing in the Game is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. There is no real-money wagering and no prizes of monetary value.
Wallet (Seeker)
Connecting a Solana wallet is optional and only used to read your public token holdings and to show your address on leaderboards. The Game never has access to your private keys and never signs or sends a transaction without your explicit approval in your own wallet app. You are responsible for your own wallet security.
Leaderboards & fair play
Ranked scores are submitted to public leaderboards under a nickname you choose. Don't pick nicknames that are unlawful, impersonating, or offensive. We may remove scores or nicknames that abuse the service, exploit bugs, or are produced by tampered clients, and may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Availability
The Game depends on third-party data (price APIs) and our backend. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of leaderboards, chart data, or any online feature, and may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.
Disclaimer & liability
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, funds, or profits arising from use of the Game, including decisions you make about real assets after playing. (Again: it's a game, not a signal.)
